About Justin Dixon

Justin grew up in a tiny town in central Pennsylvania. After graduating from college, he worked in the recruiting industry, which he has remained in for the last 15+ years. In January 2020, he left a very stable, six-figure salaried job to start his recruiting firm (Hire Tomorrow) and a Real Estate Investing Business (Great Venture Capital) – not great timing to be starting a recruiting business in 2020 when the world shut down with Covid, and no one was hiring.

But over the last 2 years, he has grown his recruiting business to a very sustainable level and has acquired 340 multifamily units, as a general partner, across 2 states. He is passionate about helping those working W2 jobs who thought real estate investing was only for the ultra-wealthy or for people with a lot of extra time on their hands to get access to this great asset class.

About Tony Javier

Tony Javier is the Founder and INC 5000 Business Owner of Real Estate Masters TV. He has been a Real Estate Investor since 2001 and has Flipped over 1,000 houses. He has a 100+ Property rental Portfolio and only has to work around 5 hours a week on his automated flipping business.

Early on when he was trying to grow my business, he was wearing all hats. On top of that, he did not know where to get help and had to figure out things on his own.  He had many sleepless nights and won’t forget those long 14-hour days.

After 10 years of banging his head against the wall trying to figure out this business, he put his ego aside and started asking for help and going to masterminds and that’s when his business changed dramatically. He went from wearing all the hats to having a self-running Real Estate Investing business within about 4 years.

He attributes this all to asking for help and leaning on a community. He was learning from others’ mistakes and did not feel like he was doing everything alone anymore.  Not only that, being around others that had businesses that ran way better than him was motivating and inspiring and he learned a lot from them.

If he had issues in my business, he knew where to turn for advice. He was also able to see what the top investors in the country were doing and could just copy and paste.
